A message from the President:

The life we live can be defined as a relay race. This means we are connected to all those who came before us and after us in the contest of life. Various life experiences hand us the baton, we hear the sound of the starter's pistol and we suddenly realize, "It's my turn to run!" The goal is to run our leg of life's race successfully and hand the baton to the next generation. It is this challenge I offer you to accept. To forever be mindful. We are connected to past generations who have already completed the race. This is a way of looking at all of life. A mindset that guides every decision we make.

Investment Atlanta (IA) youth leadership development programs are supported
by various grants and foundation funding, but it costs IA $5,000 to provide one
student with year-round prevention services.
The alternative for high-risk children is the costly consequence of jail or
other negative alternatives that can cost tax payers over $35,000 per year.
Here are some examples of what your donation can help make possible:

$40,000 can support one class in IA’s after-school programs for a year.
$20,000 can support one class in IA’s after-school program for a semester.
$2,000 can send one student to an annual International Youth Leadership Conference.
$500 can support one student in IA’s youth leadership summer camp for two weeks.
$1,500 can provide an annual college expense allowance for one IA student.
$300 can reward academic achievers with a field trip.
$300 can help purchase one student leadership development workbook material.

Your name will appear on our future IA Center for Youth Leadership Development Donor Appreciation Wall which recognizes annual donors if you sponsor a child for $5,000 or pledge $2,000 for three years.
