Learning the Qualities of a Leader

Based on content and books taken from the teachings of the world’s leading leadership development experts, the IA leadership program is an interactive exchange led by an engaging trained leadership facilitator. The Program provides a chance for students to interact with other students leaders who are just as interested and intentional about their personal and professional growth.

The LEAD-ATLANTA curriculum offers a dynamic, interactive, engaging and thought-provoking alternative to leadership development providing students the opportunity to evaluate probable outcomes which are determined. This surprising self-revelation will be the foundation for changes in their thinking and leadership behavior.

The Facilitator brings to life creative exercises and thought provoking challenges that illustrate the content in memorable ways. Likewise, the facilitator tie together situational comments and bridge valuable discussions that ensure the real life issues students face in their lives are integrated into the program content.

Some of Atlanta’s top Corporate CEO’s and Community leaders will share with students their formula for leadership success during inspiring workshop lectures. Working together students will host an island wide youth leadership forum and get the opportunity to travel to an international youth summit in Washington D.C.; thereby understanding the core competencies of successful leadership at all levels while developing a Leadership Action Plan to translate these new discoveries into behaviors which will have measurable impact in their lives and in their communities as well.
