Investment Atlanta seeks to develop an Academy for Youth Leadership Development and Sports Performance Training; and explore ways the facility can be a resource to enrich the lives of youth, young adults and its senior citizens.

Through the various leadership development programs offered at the Academy, we believe Atlanta can reaffirm its commitment to its youth population and be a catalyst for helping developing their leadership skills to better compete in the new global economy that awaits them.

Moreover, it will be home to a state-of-the art athletic facility that will host amateur and professional sporting events from around the world, simultaneously benefiting the youth of Atlanta while also placing Atlanta on the international sports entertainment map.

INVESTMENT ATLANTA provides additional services to the community beyond its core youth programs:

. We provide workshops to help parents’ develop more effective parenting skills which enhance children's academic performance, health and social behavior.
.We provide Leadership Development Seminars for aspiring youth, and interested community leaders and corporate persons who desire to improve their personal and career growth.
. Finally, the IA Academy will explore a variety of communication and international outreach opportunities i.e. mentorship programs and speaker forums involving successful Entrepreneurs and Community Leaders to assist our young people to better understand the importance of education, successful thinking, and interacting on a business and professional level.

Teach principles that are transferable from the athletic experience to real life situations, i.e. communication, self-discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and character.

Build a stronger sense of community by participating in positive endeavors within the community.

Allow students to observe role models in different capacities, i.e. coaches, professionals, college athletes.

Help develop a strong sense of belonging to family and community as an alternative to gangs, crime and other negative involvement.

Build inter-school communication and relationships between students and various schools who reside within the inner-Atlanta community.

Awareness and understanding of drug and alcohol abuse.

Ability to access peers and recognizes peer pressure.

Knowledge and application of employability skill.
