Working within schools, families and community organizations; IA's goal is to lead youth to successful thinking. Instilling positive core values, developing strong leadership qualities and providing educational and sports enrichment activities that will enhance not only their personal lives but their communities as well. |

| To facilitate its goal of developing young minds, Investment Atlanta (IA) is presently in the Capital Campaign stage of raising funds to build the Investment Atlanta Center for Youth Leadership Development in Atlanta, Georgia. It is biblically stated, "Train a child in the way he should go even when he is old, he will not depart from it".-Proverbs22:6. |
| Unfortunately, this perspective is becoming increasingly foreign to our modern world, where young people are often seen as a burden and a drain on our time and energy. Studies have shown a clear link between our society's wealth and materialism and its increasing aversion to children. At Investment Atlanta the high calling of childrearing deserves our society's support and encouragement, not its indifference. That is why IA is committed to embracing and nurturing children even as it endeavors to strengthen and equip parents with better parenting skills. The pursuit of comfort and convenience is utterly meaningless in comparison. The IA program is concerned with the individual growth of the whole student with an emphasis on the development of greater human sensitivity, social and leadership development. |

| Our programs create a foundation for students by getting them excited about school and by focusing on school as a necessary task; all the while students pursue their short and long term goals. Investment Atlanta Inc. is in the stage of planning our 2009 primary fundraiser the 'First Annual Investment Atlanta Legends of Sports International Golf Challenge. On Saturday, May 16, 2009, Julius Erving (Dr. J) Celebrity Golf Club International will be the host site for this inaugural Golf Challenge. (Click here to see event flier). |
| The IA Invitational Legends of Sports International Golf Challenge is designed for the purpose of heralding the athletic and social accomplishments of Sports Legends Globally and raising funds for the Investment Atlanta Center for Youth Leadership Development. IA is inviting Sports Legends from the United States and around the world to Atlanta for a weekend of sports, entertainment and fellowship. IA will partner with Champions for Champions (C4C) and the Department of Veteran Affairs Television Network for this exciting event. C4C is a cadre of retired sports legends and celebrity athletes that are committed to positively impacting the lives of underprivileged and disadvantaged youth throughout the world. It is also dedicated to supporting our troops, their families and veterans. C4C serves as a broadcast host for the Department of Veteran Affairs by broadcasting special events to one hundred fifty eight (158) worldwide television affiliates on the Veteran Affairs TV Network. |

| Parents and Teachers are requested to refer a maximum of twenty (20) students from their school who are interested in developing their leadership and public speaking skills. This astute after-school program will be available for students during the winter and spring terms of the 2009 school year. Based on the curriculum of one of the world’s leading leadership development experts, Dr. John C.
